At the beginning of our careers, we make a plan.

A path to our leadership goals is set up by what drives us, the industry we support, and our managers who provide guidance to get us to

where we think we want to go.

But then, somewhere along the line, our priorities shift.

We Have a Family

And the path we were on doesn’t fit anymore.

And our world, demands us to work as if we don't have children and parent as if we don't have a full-time job.

It’s time we write a new path.
